Secure IT environment
OHV uses a virtualised IT environment meaning that we are independent of hardware. In case of an emergency we can switch over quickly to a back-up server at an outside location. Daily back-ups are stored at an outside location. In addition to antivirus software that is updated each day a firewall protects our internal network. OHV also has a standby diesel generator allowing maintenance of operations should power supplies from the national grid be disrupted. All OHV's workspaces, computer systems and telecoms equipment are linked to this emergency power grid.
In addition to a professional telephone / arbitrage system and data lines we have professional dealing systems. All our telephone conversations are recorded so that you can be sure that your orders will be executed as agreed. OHV also develops its own software for supporting our traders when advising and trading in products.
