Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014, requires OHV OTF to publish information on transparancy. These requirements are laid down in article 8 and article 10 of the aforementioned Regulation.
Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 allows the competent autority (AFM) to waive the obligation for OHV OTF to publish pre-trade transparancy information. These waivers apply to all of the trades done by OHV OTF, thus explaining the absence of pre-trade transparancy information. The specifics for these waivers are laid down in RTS 2.
